After music and fashion, we come to the participatory exploration of the cover in architecture.

On Saturday, 05.10, we invite you to a workshop led by Ingrid Moye and Leonid Slonimskiy, architects who have contributed their own architectural covers to cover me softly.

Explore the possibilities of musical covers as architectural design process with architects Zeller & Moye of Mexico City and Berlin and KOSMOS architects of Zurich. Looking at housing as a fertile ground for covers, the architects invite you to test with them what a process of change, repetition and adaptation can mean in design and what they have learned in the making of their biennial projects “Solitude Is Good Company” and “Brâncuşi Memorial Home”.  We begin with a 30min public lecture by KOSMOS and Zeller & Moye - open to everyone - followed by a 2 1/2h long design workshop (with a break).

Ingrid Moye is one of the founders of Zeller & Moye, together with Christoph Zeller. As an architecture studio that takes an interdisciplinary and global approach, with offices in Mexico City and Berlin, Zelle & Moye's work spans a wide range of typologies and scales, from object design to large buildings, frequently working at the boundaries of architecture, art and design.

Leonid Slonimskiy is one of the founders of the award-winning KOSMOS Architects, an experimental architecture practice that collaborates virtually across borders. KOSMOS' work encompasses urban, architectural and object design, as well as research and art installations, addressing social and environmental challenges.
