Oana Doboși is a dedicated literary entrepreneur and civic organizer who co-founded La Două Bufnițe to build a thriving, deeply engaged local community around contemporary literature. Also a graduate of the Faculty of Letters in Timișoara, she focuses heavily on interactive education, youth outreach, and collaborative projects that blend artistic expression with civic engagement. Through the "La Două Bufnițe" Cultural Association, she co-manages specialized literary workshops and neighborhood initiatives designed to make reading accessible, inclusive, and central to the city's social fabric.
Raluca Selejan is a cultural communicator, mentor, and managing partner of La Două Bufnițe with over a decade of experience in PR and corporate communications. A graduate of the Faculty of Letters with a master's degree in Cultural Resource Management, she channels her expertise into designing audience development strategies and organizing high-profile events like the Timișoara International Literature Festival. Her professional background includes serving as a Communication Officer for the Timișoara - European Capital of Culture Association, and she continues to shape Romania's independent cultural sector by working as a trainer and mentor for emerging cultural managers.
