The former “Ion Mincu” Architecture High School is the main venue of Beta 2026. Throughout the biennial, the space becomes accessible to the public and hosts the main exhibition, inviting visitors to discover a place in transformation.
The complex consists of several building volumes located right at the edge of the Botanical Park, creating a direct connection between the city and the green space.
The building is not a monument in the classical sense, and precisely for this reason it becomes suitable for direct interventions: a space where architecture can be tested and put into practice, not merely presented.
