About INST
INST is an initiative for the dissemination of the cultural dimension of architecture. It is a space for transdisciplinary reflection and experimentation with new media and forms of communication. INST carries out research, exhibitions and publications, among other activities, in collaboration with various architectural and cultural references. INST is a project of the architecture office FROM (from-arch.com). The project team comprises Mauricio López, Matías Carballal, Diego Morera and Sebastián Lambert.
About Carlos Casacuberta
Carlos Casacuberta is a musician, performer, composer and producer. He is a member of the Uruguayan hip-hop and alternative rock band Peyote Asesino. As a solo artist he has released the albums “:carlos” (2006) and “Naturaleza” (2013). He has worked as artistic producer for albums such as “Frontera” (1999), “Sea” (2001) and “Eco” (2003) by Jorge Drexler. He has scored music for visual arts installations and documentary films. He holds a PhD in economics, has taught undergraduate and graduate courses, and has published papers on the economics of art and culture in peer-reviewed journals.
