The Botanical Park is not merely a passage leading to the main exhibition, but becomes an active area within Beta 2026. Installations extend outdoors, and the park hosts interventions that complement the biennial experience.
Established in 1877 and reorganised in its current form in the 1960s, the park is one of Timișoara’s most important green spaces. For the first time, access to the building is also provided from the park, creating a direct connection with the former school and turning the two into a shared spatial sequence.
