Ștefana Bădescu is an architect, university lecturer, researcher, and co-founder of the Atelier Non-Formal de Planificare Spațială (ANF) in Timișoara. Her practice spans territorial, urban, and rural planning, public space interventions, and architectural design, alongside training activities for students, professionals, and civil society — guided by a sustained interest in regional cooperation and the community-led enhancement of local heritage.
