Sunday, the 15th of September, from 13:00 onwards, we invite you around a very long table with the artists and architects featured in the cover me softly exhibition, in Liberty Square, through the Garrison Command’s entry and courtyard. We will be bringing a couple of treats, fruits, as well as some chill music. You’re encouraged to also bring anything you like and want to share with the others: to eat, to drink and to talk about. Similar to Akane Moriyama’s Thread installation, the very long table will fuse the public space of Libery Square with the courtyard, the Garrison’s Command building acting like a hinge between the two.

You will be able to purchase Prosecco and brunch cocktails from the on-site Aethernativ bar. This is part of a series of community events that we will hold so that you can get to know the exhibition and artists better, in a different setting, appropriate for a late Sunday morning.

The very long table will conclude the series of events from the opening weekend of the biennial. cover me softly will continue with guided tours, community events, musical performances, workshops and more, until October 27th.
