Text presentation of the author/office in English

The house has an opening to Siutghiol Lake in Constanta. Our challenge for us was first of all combining a loft brick with concrete, wood and some color touches, that were asked by the owners, and the second one was the structural pillar that we found in the middle of the house. We had to integrate it in the design thus proposing a center piece that we wanted to comunicate with the entire space. This is how the fireplace became connected with the pillar and with the tv area providing for the entire living area, dining, entrance and adiacent areas a center of connection and wellbeing. The rest of the house is a blend of materials where we tried to have wood as a bridge between them. Light was well thought and placed in order to enhance different areas and different textures. Bedroom and bathrooms have a fine integrated light scene that create an incredible atmosphere. The design represents the owners personalities and our vision of an eclectic-minimalistc-luxury house.
