-modular metal structure for vertical delimitation of the space
-finishings: epoxy resin, visible concrete, hand-cast stamped steps, steel, cork,
aluminum sheet, PVC tarkett carpet, double pressed brick on brick

-renovation of the facade: anthracite PVC joinery, green triple-glazed windows, bay
window with asymmetrical geometry
