Text presentation of the author/office in English
The Key Portal weekend house is created from standard shipping containers and situated in a natural
environment.
With the aid of glass portals, the structure is infused with sunlight, which serves as the primary source of
light, creating a cohesive and ambient whole. From the interior, the user views the landscape through
the frame, representing an organic work of art.
The ground floor accommodates the living room, dining area, and kitchen with access to a terrace
featuring a positioned pool.
The terrace serves as a true hedonistic retreat, comprising spaces for relaxation and dining. By opening
the portals, a connection is established between the kitchen, and the terrace. Additionally, the lower
level includes a storage room and a guest toilet, in addition to the aforementioned rooms.
The surface area of the ground floor measures 50m2, while the terrace with the pool covers an area of
90m2. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a study room, walk-in closet, and bathroom (40m2).
The predominant material throughout the entire structure is wood. Its appearance, warmth, and color
create a comfortable and relaxing ambiance. Clean lines, earthy tones, and soothing hues transform this
structure into a pleasant and functional home.
