Project description in English

Apartment 1009 reflects the wishes of our design office to generate qualitative, aesthetic and practical spaces. The compact surface of the presented apartment was the main challenge for creating a unitary space, but also efficient from a functional point of view, being a space in which to live in the long term. The proposed materials, the wooden accents, the color palette and the carefully thought out details outline a pleasant environment, being found both in the day area and in the night area. The corrugated panels are found under various materials in the composition of the apartment: they are integrated in the decorative profiles on the wall in the sofa area, in the design of the furniture in the TV area or in the corrugated glass integrated in the central area of the furniture fronts in the bedroom. The open and bright space of the living area and the kitchen maintains the coherence of the proposed style throughout the apartment. The library integrated in the dining area brings more personality and functionality to the space, being also a boundary between the two zones of the living area. This limit is also subtly suggested by the lighting, through the ambient light of the LED strip. Gold accents are integrated to add an extra touch of elegance, reflecting the personality and attention to detail of the apartment's owner. Also, the natural cream, brown tones highlight the chromatic accent area proposed both for the wall in the bedroom and for the wall in the bathroom, in the area of the sink. Being a limited space, it was necessary to maximize the storage areas, but with special attention to their integration, without affecting the overall concept of the apartment.
