Text presentation of the author/office in English

Our practice is based on the continuous seek for a balance between architecture as a creative gesture with social responsibility and the requirements imposed by the clients and the ever-changing environment. The challenges of different contexts, scales and functions that define the projects we have worked so far have enriched our experience and prepared us for any challenges that a new project can bring. Over the years, we have gained wide experience in residential housing, which raised us the issue of improving the processes we build our cities and has facilitated our understanding of the complex nature of our profession, always seeking to deliver higher quality projects, which put the man in the spotlight.

Project description in English

Located in one of the former industrial areas of the city, this multifunctional ensemble stands out by initiating the revitalization process of the abandoned urban areas by connecting them with the city and community. From a functional point of view, the ensemble encompasses a number of complementary functions, such as commercial spaces, offices, apartments and green spaces, which have the role to animate the area where it is located. We have operated with simple volumes that have clear dominance relations and readable functional segregation. The ground floor accommodates the main entrances and commercial spaces, the first two floors, where are the offices, are forming a solid base for the towers, and the mezzanine is a buffer zone between them, highlighted by wide open spaces and green terraces.
