This subcategory is open to architects who have the right to practise in the country of residence and who have been accepted between July 2022 and July 2024.

Projects will be eligible in the following dimensions:

In this sub-subcategory are eligible single-family or collective housing projects, newly built, received between July 2022 and July 2024, with a usable area of up to 500 sqm.

In this sub-subcategory, newly built collective housing projects, received between July 2022 and July 2024, with a usable area between 500 and 1500 sqm are eligible.

This sub-subcategory is open to newly built housing estates with a useful floor area of more than 1500 sqm, which are completed between July 2022 and July 2024.

Who can participate in this category?

This category is open to architects or architectural leaders entitled to practice under the legislation in force in the country in which they practice their profession and the groups they lead. If the project is not located on the territory of Romania, Hungary, or Serbia, the main author of the project must be a resident or have graduated from a university in one of the three countries.
