About FALA architektura
FALA (she; wave; arise on air and water) is a Gdansk-based architecture and research studio founded by Kamila Szatanowska and Paulina Rogalska in 2018. The impetus for its creation was winning the international ‘Iceland Northern Lights Rooms’ competition. FALA’s experience grew on bigger public architecture projects. Currently, they work on both private and public architecture, designs exhibitions and educate on circular, synesthetic, and interspecies design. FALA is a winner of international and local architectural competitions, they are also activists and nature lovers. FALA is currently focusing on interdisciplinary design in the context of progressive climate change. Their main field of interest is the search for solutions, materials, and architects' role in this place and time, in an era of ecosystemic, social, and cultural change.
