About Anca Benera & Arnold Estefán

Anca Benera & Arnold Estefán have been working collaboratively since 2012. They live and work between Vienna and Bucharest. Their interdisciplinary practice is grounded in research and centered around historical, social, or geopolitical narratives and their underlying power structures. In their current projects, they address ecological issues and focus on the intersection of environmental concerns and military affairs, exploring how the military imagination shapes landscapes, climates, and communities.
